The mission of the Lone Star State Ques is to uphold and exemplify the Cardinal Principles of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.—Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift—by promoting excellence in character, academic achievement, and community service across Texas. Our focus is on developing strong, ethical leaders who are committed to serving both the fraternity and the communities in which they live and work.

We aim to prepare our members for leadership roles by offering mentorship, networking opportunities, and skills training that enhance their capacity to lead with integrity, compassion, and foresight.
